★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have 6 windows, usually only 2 are open. The manager doesn’t care about it. He will even shout at you if you come and try to talk to him about the situation. The line will often be long enough to reach the street. Very poor costumer service. Tellers are very slow as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To the enjaz management please make a change to this branch.I rate 1star. If only had a choice zero I will.because this is the worst money remittance center in the world.how do you imagine. Every time I go here almost. 40 to 50 clients in one window. They had 6 Windows a window but Only 2 windows are available.the manager is so irresponsible .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ all the staff needs training! they work very slow, they are incompetent, i have been to this branch for 3 times because i thought that they would improve or correct their wrongdoing. my experience to this place is that they just have to copy the recipient number to the paper that i gave and they will be copying it incorrectly. then you have to go thru the agony of correcting it which should have been avoided. hit like if you have also experience this ??
good thing enjaz now has there own automated machine for sending money back home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank service is too slow They take 4 hours for only making remittance card ? ...i reached there at 10:00 O clock and only 6 member in the Queue and i get my number after lunch 2:00 PM. Department are workimg very slow only for money transfer. I've never seen it slowing down so much. Speed up Guys
