★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room at very small and compact .. totally opposite what shown in booking com .... otherwise near to masjid e nabvi ...and dates n other market ..paid expensive parking per hour(SR5 /per hour)

Cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms was very satisfying,
Elevators are less crowdy in comparison with other hotels near to Masjid Nabawi.
5-10 mins walk from Masjid Nabawi.
Surrounded by Asian and Turkish restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our travel plans were disrupted due to Corona Ban by Saudi government 4 days before our flight. While hotels all over the worlds are giving refunds out of courtesy even for non-cancellable bookings, it is very shameful to say that this hotel located within a mile of Holy mosque refused to pay back a single dime. So much for the Muslim Ummah.

Cons:
Each room has individual geyser and mine one does not works properly
Wifi is useless. You cannot even chat on WhatsApp, forget YouTube etc.
Rooms are small and with almost no openable windows
This hotel does not have laundry nor it allows you to wash it on your own and hang on roof.
Bath area is pretty small

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room and bathroom were clean and elegantly set. Water bottles and some tea bags were complementary and were placed inside the room with electric kettle. Only issue was that warm warm water wasn't available at the time a stayed but I had a little time to just stay overnight, so I didn't bother to ask the management regarding this.
