★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wifi available in rooms. Staff is very rude. Only thing positive is that it's near masjid an nabvi 500 meters.

1. No WIFI in hotel rooms.
2. No Room Service (we need to collect items manually)
3. No tissue papers provided in hotel.
4. No intercom telephone in the rooms.
5. Rooms door locks are not good. Doors are stuck and need to apply force with leg and push to open.
6. Hotel room service people are not coperative. They say busy if any guests are in need of something and will tell you for self-service.
7. Water Taps are loose
8. Washbasin water leakages
9. Flush button was broken in my room.
10. Washroom Light was not powering in my room.
11. Mezz Floor is for food services (Very conjugated with multiple Travel Agents) usually crowded and no seats available for seating. Need to carry food to hotel room and eat.
Hotel Good at:
1. Rooms are propery adjusted as per needs
2. Three Large Elevators and 1 small Elevator
3. Sofas seating available at elevator lounge
4. Good ambience and Lighting available at hotel.
5. Hotel is near and walkable distance from Masjid e nawabi
6. Hotel has emergency exit doors easy accessible

Room service is pretty bad too..
Low maintained building..hardly 1 3 pin sockets in the room is in usable condition...water dripping from the taps..lights flickering..
