S	Shah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel Needs Serious Upgrading. Very outdated. Smelly rooms with dirty Mattress! They Need to Train the Female Receptionists at the front desk who doesn’t have No Sense of Hospitality. Very Rude. I can’t believe this is Marriott.. As a Marriott Bon voy member I am very disappointed. I stayed here almost 10 days! Will never ever come to this Hotel Again
s	shahidhaider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay at Madinah Marriott was just outstanding and exemplary. The staff are polite and well trained and extremely courteous. The hotel has amazing fixtures even though it is old. The only weak spot is the shuttle service. It is convenient for men as it drops off at the men’s gate it is difficult for ladies especially at night when they wish to go and pray at Riaz Ul Janna. I suggest that at 2200 to 0000 the shuttle service should drop the ladies at the far gate where the female enterance is open otherwise it is a 25 minute walk from the hotel. This should be kindly taken into account.

Staff is poorly trained & not able to provide basic information. Elevators are not adequate to provide service to all guests. Quality of rooms is very poor. We had a junior suite & studio for family of 5. Bathrooms are old and furniture is dirty. Restaurant is small without adequate seating. The quality of food is very poor. The distance is not bad but not close either. Shuttle service is not they it is advertised. Staff is very poorly trained.

The location was very attractive, though the distance to the Masjid is bit far we enjoyed our walk, it gave us a chance to enjoy the surroundings. Breakfast was very good and the staff at the restaurant were very nice to us. Overall we had a wonderful experience in Madinah, thanks to Marriott Hotel.
