★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic hotel. Dirty place and dirty people ( staff). If you are coming to madinah keep this hotel as the last option. This place is like a junk yard. Furniture is very old, broken and damaged, stains on the wall, no room service they don't even ask you for the rubbish bin . The most important thing is the behoviour of the staff which is very disrespectful and lots of things i can not explain. Especially if you are coming by the pakistani agent Qasim be aware he can be the worst part of your memorable journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotel ever visit in madina. One of the best thing in hotel is that the staff will always available in your service with smiling face. Buffet was awesome. (Breakfast, lunch, dinner).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because of the proximity from Haram this is a good hotel. I don't know much about cost of other hotel services but I found this hotel is not very costly if not cheap. Room size is good which includes kitchen in it.

1. Not too far from As-Salam entrance - Gate 6 of Masjid Nabawi. 15mins walk from Hotel to the masjid
2. 4 Elevators servicing 10 floors
3. Relatively not expensive compared to neighbouring hotels - I booked via an agent
4. Free wifi at ground floor reception
Cons
1. No housekeeping done Until you insist and must either be present or drop the key at the reception
2. Some rooms don't have water heaters. Only discovered after few days
3. Food is mainly Indian dishes and served in an unappealing manner. Will recommend buying quality food outside.
4. No phones in the room. If you need to speak to reception, you'll have to walk downstairs or use your mobile phone

As a hostel however, it's quite good.
3 rooms (to be fair, marked to be in a suite) had to share 2 bathrooms, not ideal for privacy especially if you're strangers to each other

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lower than Third class hotel with no facility of WiFi in this modern age.
Hotel doesn't have feed back facility and very rude staff. Cleanliness is also an issue which is basic requirement. Cleaning of room and toilet are not done on daily basis. Will not suggest for a single day stay.
