★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STC is one the major telecom service providers in Saudi Arabia.
Offers were good, but every time you want to recharge you have to visit the store - for Hajis. The same is valid for 30 days from sim issuing.
As a valid proof, a visa is required. The store will not keep and copy but you need to carry this document to get a new sim.
This store is available 24/7 in both the Haram places of Holy Mecca and Holy Madina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went near midnight to get more data for my phone and a lady cut me off in line and I told her and the people working there she cut me off in line , I waited in line while she just walked in from the other side of the entrance . The man working there served her still and the girl got her work done , they told me to wait instead or I can leave . Terrible disgusting service , I am a coloured person and got mistreated by the man whose fair looking Arab . There was no reason to support this woman who cut me in line , only because she looked Arab ? Shame on you people , the masjid is right across from your store and still no fear of allah . I am from canada and the non muslims treat me with more equality . Shame on your staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a must stop actually it'll be one of the 1st places you visit on arrival to purchase a Saudi sim card in order to stay conected on your mobile device.
The staff are efficient and professional and communicated well in English to us non Arab speaking pilgrims. The establishment is extremely neat, tidy and clean with a very professional look and feel.
They are extremely busy yet thestore is not full because the customers stands around outside awaiting their turn.
Only 4 star rating from me, in order for me to give a 5th Star I would suggest they add benches as the wait was a bit long. Luckily we were a party of 6 thus the company made the wait more bearable. I don't know if it was because of covid that there were no waiting area with seating or if this is the norm. Hopefully I can return when things are back to normal and can then update this review.
Most of the shops and businessess in Saudi Arabia remains open till well after midnight but this telecommunications shop is actually open 24 hours
