★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to change my postpaid to prepaid - they cancelled the SIM altogether. Now I am without my mobile number from the past 3 hours. I approached them twice, they just said network not working. If you know network not working why not inform me before cancelling. 0* for zain.
