Nice service from all employees even from the securities , that can't find in another banks........ Parking area also good , .........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service. arrogant staff, i went to open new account saudi guy was sitting on service desk asked me do u hav appointment? i told him appointment for what? he said to open account, actually he was not willing to work. he gave me form to fill and told me to cone next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very slow service!! It takes an average of 12 minutes to service a customer with a simple request such as caching in a cheque!! Only 2 tellers to serve all of these customers ... I came in at 10:49 and was given a ticket with 32 on it .... it is now 11:05 and the number has only reached 26 from 24 when I came in!! Total lack of customer service!! Not happy at all.
11:07 Just an update... now we are down to one teller only as the second guy just vacated his seat and went MIA!!
