★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, only 1 of their staff is working. I came to the branch 4 weeks ago where i received a text stating that i should update my information, they told me nothing to be updated. 3 weeks later my account was frozen, i came today to find only one of their staff is on duty with 6 empty desks, even the branch manager is not working. They told me that the waiting time would be 2 hours. Worst customer service ever.
