★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من اسواء الفروع من ناحية الخدمة ، الاذان الساعه ١١:٥٧ الان ١٢:٣٠ وهما جالسين على الكراسي ماحد يبي يخدم احد على الاقل افتحو الباب خلونا نجلس لا ، مستاء جدا من تصرف البنك ، اتمنى الحل احنا صايمين وتعبانين ومتوقفه مصالحنا ومحتاج البنك تعاملون عملائكم كذا مايصير

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يفوز هذا الفرع بشهادة أسوأ خدمة عملاء على مستوى المصارف السعودية حسب تجربتي، الدخول فوضى، زحام يمتد لخارج الفرع بسبب تقليص الفروع وسوء أداء الموظفين، راجعت لطلب كشف حساب مطبوع ومختوم، ولكن يوجد 5 طاولات، وفقط 4 موظفين خدمات عملاء،واحد فقط يباشر العملاء بكئابة وبط ،الباقين يباشرون جوالاتهم لبعض الوقت أو لا يستقبلون مراجعين. ولا استبعد أنهم يصرفون طالبي الخدمة بحجة ان النظام لايعمل، بينما ذلك غير صحيح. يمكن مراجعة الفيديو. نظام رفع الشكاوى لايعمل. ثلاثة أيام مراجعات لثلاثة فروع والنظام يتعطل.
لا انصح مطلقاً بالتعامل مع مصرف الراجحي، مصرف بني على ودائع المواطنين، ربما خدمات كبار الشخصيات والتميز والشركات الكبرى تعمل، أما الـ retail فهي تتدهور. والدليل تقييم العملاء. وأهمها اختيار الموظفين وتدريبهم وثقافة العمل الموروثة (أنهم هم أصحاب المعروف عليك بفتح حساب عليك).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ واحد من اسواء الفروع والموظفين، الموظف ممكن يعمل اي شي عشان يعطلعك ويطولك الموضوع وهو ما تاخذ منه دقيقتين معقول عشان الواحد يفتح حساب يسال عن تعريف الراتب!! ولما اجيت اطلع السيارة من عندهم خلوني الف الرياض كلها ولما جربت رحت فرع العروبة على طول مشوني
فرع مصخرة وسيئ الموظفين ما بعرف كيف لحدا الان تاركينهم (يسرو ولا تعسرو)
