★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went Saudi Fransi bank on king Abdulaziz rd, I really don't have words how can I explain their services and taking care of customers. I will just say that they took 15-20 min to open my account and activated my ATM card and had over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's astounding to me that a main office branch of an international bank is incapable of answering a simple question about my account. Instead, they immediately transfer over and over to an automated system without asking what I need and refuse to speak over the phone. Caused a delay in transferring over one hundred thousand Riyals and stopped a business transaction. Will absolutely be moving my business and personal accounts to another bank that cares about its customers. Unbelievable....
