★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time coming here to make prepaid card. The machine was in error state. Went to customer office, get the number & wait for 30 minutes, even though the office was not crowded. When I got my turn, the officer, with demeaning attitude asked for my salary and suggest that I probably shouldn’t be there. What an “excellent” customer service. I think the guy need a course in customer service quality more than anything else.

The self service kiosk is already complaint. So I go office asking for a help for an ATM CARD.
They have never minded attitude.

After three branches and 2h of waiting I gave up.
