★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best SABB branch that I have visited so far, the only branch that they offer great coustmor experience, I have visited the premier section, they were very helpful especially Mr. ALDOSARY , he offered me useful advices with out asking.
I really wish that Altahlia employees rotate in other branches and teach them about coustmor services , I have visited Alghadeer and Alwroud branches , they have no idea what's premier service should be

not so crowded
There is some many tabs for public where you can enter your account while you are waiting for your turn! ?
Also they make the process very easy by collecting the customers ID to finish the CC printing process quickly ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service ever with the worst Operation Manager. Ooh their names are Nawaf H. Alenazi and Abdulaziz A. AL Aqil. I cannot grasp the kind of servuce this branch is offering to its customer where in fact they do not do their work with excellence. People are not even friendly and approachable. They're rude and arrogant. SABB Management, if you are reading this comment, i do hope that you will improve your machines and make sure that all are working properly. Check as well your online services. Anyhow, this had happened to me the second time around that this branch never really took actions to my requests and concerns. I do have only one concern at this time, just to print my iban certificate which will only take few minutes. Why do Mr. NAWAF ALENAZI lie that he cannot print my certificate??? I have also observed that they used to entertain walked in customers even if others are on qued. People in this branch needs to be trained and to have correct and proper work ethics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service to even an Advance customer. The people in kiosk keep talking on phone for long time while customers awaiting outside. I thought SABB has call centre for this and these employees are there to assist walk-in customers!
