Now there’s a conventional etiquette on how to end a call, especially if you are talking to a prospect customer.
Way to go on how to lose a sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is good if you are buying as a GYM, Corporate, Hotel ..etc
If you are buying equipment for your home, it is not the best option at all, the prices are too high and there are no variety in the equipments.
Most of the equipment offered are not ideal for home gym, and if you request them it may take around 3 months!!!.

We were looking to buy a lifefitness treadmill...the sales person treated us as if we were in the way and disappeared behind his desk. We had to shout to ask questions. Really unhelpful so we just left. Will try Delta and Sporta in Riyadh next as very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual good brands failed to choose good rep in Saudi. Someone has to apply for PhD to understand that and to tell us why. Anyway the shop apparently focusing on health club and corporate sales so if you wish to buy home equipment then you wasting your time. Very limited equipment and if you dare to try them or to ask for details then you really wasting your time. Price is sky rocketed and 30% higher than online. Life fitness has great equipment but their poor service and limited choices force you to choose Techogym or matrix.
