★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up to a contract in the Riyadh branch on false information as it was a newly opened gym.
It’s now been 6 months and my issue has still not been resolved and I am still not able to use the gym but they have not refunded me anything.
Completely lied about their opening hours, services they offer in the gym and benefits.
They do not have any customer service, processes or policies to provide you a refund or assist with your complaint.
Very unprofessional and only eager to get a subscription- do not sign up!
Worst of all, their management is a joke. So really no resolution, I have now been in contact with the HQ in the US - hoping to resolve via them.

Yes it’s kind of a luxurious gym, looks nice, I liked the protein shake corner, the cardio machines are high specs. Weight lifting area is rather small, not enough weights, air conditioning was off, yes you can just workout but not the great workout you want.
The quality is clearly not maintained some machines aren’t working and some tools are not safe to work with as shown in photos.
I hope the management takes higher responsibility, specially since this is the only branch in Riyadh as they claimed
