★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better go to this branch than the salah adin and akariah olaya branch. They opened my account in 15min. The people in the other branches took more than an hour and told me i need to redo all the process if I need to go back and return the next day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried opening an account. Their system was difficult to deal with. No clear instructions, and no one would answer. I asked help from the security guard, he wouldn’t even let me in to the main branch. I tried using 2 other devices to open up the account, and both were not connected to the internet, I couldn’t do anything!! The place is clean and new, devices are high tech, but their system is incompetent. I was frustrated and angry the entire time and no one would help, not even their customer service number!
