★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courier service outlet located near Othiam Markets in central Duwadmi (main road). The place is small and you don’t have any customer centric facilities here. It is barely a parcel delivery and pickup service. I got a message that my parcel has arrived but no one contacted me in this regard. This is not as per the service provided by other courier services here.
Conversely, I came here to return my shipment, which I ordered from Souq, and it was seamless. The customer service executive was very cooperative. There seems to be manpower shortage in this outlet of SAMSA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shipping company i have ever encountered in my life! This is the second time that this happens. Both workers inside and outside this company are too arrogant. They totally have no idea of the word "courteous" especially for customers. Seriously i have to drive almost 100km just to get my order because they cant find my address "according to them" and then you will be sarcastically be greeted by their front desk personel. Tsk.. tsk... Poor curomer service. (? hmm... how about their counterpart here that delivered my order 3 days earlier before expected delivery time?) Thumbs up for those red delivery vans ?? wake up amazon.sa look at the ratings and comments by the victim of this branch, i feel that you got to have some sort of evaluation on workers attitude of this branch.
