★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كلمة حق قهوتهم لذيذة جدًا سواءً من ناحية البن أو جودة التحضير ، تنوع الحلويات يعتبر جيد، اهتمامهم بالمكان ظاهر والجلسات كذلك والنوافير أعطت المكان شراحه وجمال
١- أكبر عيب بصراحة هو السعر المرتفع جدًا بدون سبب واضح في نظري، اللاتيه العادي -مثلًا- فيه زيادة خمسة إلى ستة ريال عن متوسط السعر في أي مكان ثاني، كذلك أصناف الحلى سعرها جدًاااا مرتفع وفوق المعقول، ليه ؟
ما شفت شيء يستدعي هذه الزيادة الغير مبررة وصدقوني لو ما راجعتوا الأسعار مستقبلًا راح تخسرون كثيير من زبائكم واللي يجي مره يمكن ما يجي الثانية
٢- عدم وجود منيو أساسًا، أعرف إنه لا زال افتتاح تجريبي لكن ما يكلفهم شيء لو سووا المنيو على باركود مثلًا، يعني صعبة يجي العميل يطلب المنيو عشان يختار ويتنقى وتقول له معليش والله ما عندنا! هذا الشيء ما سبق واجهته بمكان ثاني
٣- آخر ملاحظة على تسمية المكان (لاونج) مع إننا ما شفنا إلا مقهى، هل عندكم خطط قادمة لتقديم خدمات أكثر مثل الفطور أو الغداء أو الوجبات الخفيفة عشان يكون هذا المسمى صحيح؟
هذه كانت ملاحظات بسيطة لغرض التحسين خصوصًا أن المكان في مرحلة تجريبية وحرام يخسر سمعته وزبائنه بسبب أخطاء يمكن تفاديها.. ومثل ما تحرصون على التحسين بنحرص ندعمكم بإذن الله

1- The biggest flaw, frankly, is the very high price for no apparent reason in my opinion. The regular latte - for example - has five to six riyals more than the average price anywhere else, as well as the types of sweets whose price is very high and above reasonable, why?
I have not seen anything that calls for this unjustified increase, and believe me, if you do not review prices in the future, you will lose many of your customers, and those who come once may not come the second time.
2- The lack of a menu in the first place, I know that it is still a trial opening, but it does not cost them anything if they settle the menu on a barcode, for example. I mean, it is difficult for the customer to ask for the menu to choose and purify, and you say to him, “Well, by God, we do not have it!” This is something I have encountered in another place
3- The last note on the name of the place (Lounge), although we only saw a cafe, do you have future plans to provide more services such as breakfast, lunch or snacks so that this name is correct?
These were simple observations for the purpose of improvement, especially that the place is in an experimental stage and it is forbidden to lose its reputation and its customers due to errors that can be avoided.. As you are keen to improve, we are keen to support you, God willing.

الطلبات كيكة تمر .. ألذ كيكة تمر ذقتها ?? رطبة جدا ومتشبعه بالنكهات

قهوة عربية عادية احسها موية وشوي قهوة .. مافيها طعم
