I would obviously never choose SMSA to deliver my shipment, but when I order online sometimes I’m forced to go down that path when I can’t choose. Never ship with SMSA, they don’t deliver. They’ll put it in their office and ask you to come. Excuse me? That’s your job. Their attitude is terrible. Work ethics are terrible. It’s just wack on wack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SAMSA is a old company in courier market of Saudi Arabia, they have strategic partnership with DHL world wide, but their rates are far better than aramex, DHL , for international despatches 3 days delivery is guaranteed, if it is small villages then they take 4 days , as any courier service networks are in big cities, but they do deliver documents everywhere, for samples air cargo and other rules apply, if you want to send things other than papers then you will have check with them first if it is allowed or not, this company has tracking of package anywhere , so that is one very convenient way to keep track of your package, just AWB number is required for tracking
