فقد انكسرت فازه بسبب الموظف ووصلت مكسوره للرياض. وقال انه لم يكن يعلم انها تحتاج تغليف بيلز. وتم رفع شكوى ولم تتجاوب الشركه بشكل جيد ولم تحل ولم تنهي المشكله!
