★ ★ ★ ★ ★ رائعين بمعنى الكلمه .. طلبت منتج طلع مكسور و ابغى ارجعه .. كلمتهم ردت عليا موظفه في قمة التعاون اسمها سهى .. و ارسلتلي رقم ارسل عليه صوره المنتج مكسور و فعلا وصل المندوب و رجع فلوسي كامله .. الفكره في قوه شركة الشحن اللي تجبر البايع على ارجاع المنتج السيئ ... شكرا واصل

Their word was answered by an employee at the top of cooperation, her name is Suha.. and she sent me a number that sent a picture of the broken product and actually the representative arrived and returned my full money.. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسواء شركة لتوصيل الرجاء الحذر من التعامل معها ام يتصل بي احد غير مندوب يسال عن مكاني ويقول لي تعال استلم الشحنه من النخيل او انه مندوب اخر سوف يتواصل معي ولم يتواصل بي احد وللاسف يلعبون على كيفهم
The worst company for delivery. Please beware of dealing with it. Or someone other than a representative calls me and asks about my location and says to me, “Come, pick up the shipment from Al-Nakhil” or he is another representative who will contact me and no one contacted me, and unfortunately they are playing as they are

طلبت من امازون والطلب موجود من ٨ ايام
كل يوم اكلمهم يقولون بكرة
اطلب تحويل المكالمة للادارة وتقول موظفة الاستقبال لايمكن تحويل المكالمة الى الادارة من عندي
اعطني رقمك وبكلمهم يتصلون عليك ?
طبعا الى الان لم يتصل احد ولن يتصل احد
طلبت من امازون اعادة الطلب واخبرت البائع عن كيفية تعامل هذي الشركة مع الناس
طبعا اتوقع ان وصف شركة توصيل اكبر من واقعهم
الحقيقة هم مجرد مستودع لايوجد فيه غير كم عامل
وموظفة ترد على التلفون تقول بكرة بترسل الطلب
ويمكن عندهم سيارة توصيل وحدة وكانت متعطله وماقدرو يوصلون الطلب
احذرو من التعليقات الايجابية هنا
الواقع مختلف تماما
شركات التوصيل كثير ولايحتاج احد الى مثل هذولا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ معقوله في مندوب من عندكم يتواصل معايا وبعدها بعد ٥ ساعات ونا انتظر وماخرجت عشانه وفي الاخير يقولي بيتك بعيد ممكن توصل بكره اليوم عندي شي كتير !!! مع مندوب ثاني !!! واتصل على خدمه العملاء مافي احد يرد شركه كبيره مافيها موظفين كافين لتوصيل طلبات العملاء
