★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My shipment took 2 days to arrive from UK to Riyadh & took 10 days to reach jeddah!!!!!
When my shipment arrived their warehouse mentioned incomplete address but my address is complete.
I went to their office during working hour and there is not employees at reception, have spend 30 minutes waiting.
UPS Saudi Arabia your service is garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I drove 40 minutes to the branch and they said the shipment went out and I went back 40 minutes drive home and it turned out it was in the branch and today I drove 40 minutes again to pick it up, after 14 days of waiting. However you took the entire shipping fee as if it were normal. I pray that another shipment never comes through you again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to report their poor service here to the headquarters in the US, but their US web site does not offer any method for customer support.
If you plan to choose this company, don’t waste your time expecting a delivery or a service no matter how much you paid. Just drive to their warehouse and pick up your stuff.
Ideally I don’t recommend them for delivery. Just use another decent mail courier.
Update, Barnes & Nobles bookstore that I purchased from them was the trouble source. They changed my contact number and the UPS was not able to reach me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, delayed 2 out of 3 parcels back in the origin country, lots of documents are required to clear your shipment, delays in delivering the shipment even when it’s here, and it took almost more 15 days from the scheduled Delivary date

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company in Saudi is definitely the worst. But this branch in particular is not bad in terms of services. My experience shipping a parcel back to the USA was easy and fast. The company really needs to reconsider where they place their collection points. It's in the middle of nowhere.
