★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طبعا كشركة واسم دولى جيدة ولكن كاسعار غاليه جدا جدا انصح بالتعامل مع شركات اخرى مثل سمسا او usp ارخص في السعر ونفس جودة النقل
Of course, as a good international company and name, but as the prices are very, very high, I would advise dealing with other companies such as SMSA or USP, which are cheaper in price and the same quality of transportation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So annoying, they were supposed to deliver my package at home but didn't and kept saying the address was wrong, but it was not, they called me but didn't t deliver to my given address after I drove 15 minutes to their office to collect my package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far THE worst carrier you can ever deal with in KSA! they are still working in the 20th century! useless call center who just recite a written paper then say "I will send an email"! and nothing happens! drivers do not know addresses unless you tell them I live near Panda or behind NCB bank!!! they do not have a clue about the existence of google maps! please note this review is for DHL in KSA only!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to send a passport to Riyadh. It arrived the next day. The only issue with the delivery is that, your place has to be near a landmark, if not, they will keep your package at one of the DHL branches and the call you to pick it up.
Weird thing to say when we have Google Maps.
