★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin Ladin Plaza is located in the heart of south Jeddah on 60th Street (King Fahad Street). This building is belong to the famous Bin Ladin construction group, it 13 floors building with glazed exterior façade
The ground floor there is an Indian restaurant and Motorcycles shop and women training centre.
The other floor contains a lot of prestigious companies in Saudi Arabia like Mouchel and the Parsons group among others.
There is an attached building for the parking of the companies’ vehicles with an access control (Card), the cards are given for the companies employees only
All in all it is a nice business setup and environment

But office areas here are very very expensive, and the building managers are very greedy; even for parking places they decided to get offices to pay 300/month/employee! That's why the parking building has empty floors and employees are parking in the streets..
