★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received messages that the shipment is out for delivery but never received them.3 out of 4 orders same problem. The problem is with the driver,they have the worst driver. Doesn't communicate properly, until now I'm waiting for my shipment

Consignment has my clear delivery adsress.
I got call yesterday for taking location,
I sent and delivery guy told it is not his area.
Next day also got call and shared my same location. Delivery guy told it is not his area.
When checking online tracking they updated that receiver changed location and 3rd attempt failed..
Disappointing !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a minus 5 I would gladly give it to them, honestly the worst shipping company and their customers service is a complete joke no one answer even if you call 300 times I wonder if the employees there are just playing around or what instead of working, I'm honestly surprised how a company like this is still working.

-FOR ONE SHIPMENT WHICH IS IN THE SAME CITY WAREHOUSE WHERE I LIVE ITS TAKING THEM 2-3 DAYS TO SEND ME THAT PARCEL!
-THEY ONLY HAVE ONE CONTACT NUMBER WHICH TAKES 8-10MINS TO ANSWER YOUR CALL !
-I FEEL SORRY FOR AMAZON WHO MADE THIS COMPANY TO DELIVER THE ITEM FOR THEM!
-IN FUTURE IF YOU PEOPLE SEE ITS BEING DELIVERED BY NAQEL EXPRESS BETTER TO CANCEL THE BUYING ITEM AND TAKE YOUR REFUND BACK INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR NOTHING !
-THEY DONT EVEN HAVE ANY DEADLINES TO SEND ONE ITEM !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got multiple representatives, with different attempts for delivery, but the excuses can cover the planet and over. Sometimes out of nowhere my location magically changes. USE THE GOD DANM MAPS SERVICE! I don't live on Mars. My order is delayed again and again.
There tracking service is as poor as it gets!!!
Brutally terrible service. One of the worst companies. There customer service staff doesn't even exist and they should just quit, I mean why even bother doing business. Just chill on the couch all day long.
How is the company still surviving, the drivers are "dumb" to the finest extent. Just please do not use Naqel. Seriously, please do not.
