★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was given a gift card for my husband to enjoy some relaxation and I found out that he got me the highest package in the spa and I arrived on time for my booked appointment. Unfortunately, I was left for over one hour without any attention or service so I walked out. Will never go there again because they do not respect clients time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t waste your money here. One star is really too much for this place. The Salon has a great atmosphere but unfortunately that’s about the only good thing I can say.
The quality of the service you get is really hit and miss, and the quality of the products is even more disappointing. For what you pay, you’d expect a luxurious experience. But, instead you get mediocre treatments that don’t match their descriptions and very poor products that don’t even last a day! My 200 SAR manicure started chipping the same day. By the next day it had started flaking off and 2 days later it was almost completely gone. (See photos below… It appeared like what you’d expect a manicure to look like after several weeks, not just 2 days!)
When I messaged and called the salon about it, I was given the runaround and told the manager would call (still waiting) and then was told in a message that “chipping is a natural process that’s why they suggest shelack or gel” (which they upcharge for by the way!)
I’ve never experienced chipping like this within a day! I’ve had water-based polishes last longer!
I wanted to like this place so much, but I highly suggest selecting a different salon that is cheaper with products that will actually last more than a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well done team Shi Nail SPA! What a beautiful, world class space you’ve created for women in the heart of Riyadh. This Spa is situated in the very vibey Zone- the decor reminds me of being on a very peaceful, serene tropical island. The receptionist is friendly, professional & very efficient. The staff is friendly, skilled and it looks like they have a very good work environment. The nail products they offer are world class. I only went for a Ooh La la Spa Pedicure and it was bliss. The chairs are amazing, stylish & comfortable. Yes, they are slightly more expensive, BUT I will rather save up money and only go to them. Well well done! I highly recommend a visit to SHI for all the women out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best experience. The ambiance is amazing and the hygiene is good. But unfortunately both technicians were really rough when it came to cleaning, even though the tools are already sharp so there’s no need to push this hard. They didn’t ask if i wanted to remove the cuticles or not and they removed them without asking (I prefer not to). And finally, they were layering the nail color way too fast it took forever to dry and when it finally did it got smudged easily! In conclusion, disappointing and really overpriced for the quality of the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I visit Riyadh I book in Shi Nail in the first day to pump myself <3 it is the best place to relax and get best nails done. The staff are lovely and friendly, you feel welcomed at the moment you walk in.
I will always come here, and recommend it to everyone.

I got a gift card to come to this place and I will be visiting them again ? thanks to the nail technician Yasmeen she is very sweet and kindly did my nails perfectly without bleeding and they look amazing! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here couple of times, the spa decor and atmosphere is beautiful the water fall sound is so calming.
Each time was with a different tech and I can say not all were good, some were below the expectations especially to the price you are paying.
Last time I tried the Amber me out spa package for my birthday the massage was so good, other wasn’t so special.
