★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most amazing and relaxing time. I was given a scalp massage, sleeping mask whilst waiting for the hair dye. I felt so spoiled and the results were exceptional! I had a balayage done by Jay and she's so friendly and a superb hairdresser. Definitely coming back ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in Saudi Arabia for just over 1 year and I almost gave up hope on finding a hairdresser/salon that really understands color, especially trending towards blonde, never mind the Balayage, but then I saw an Instagram post for e11even by 4- my word! It is situated at the very trendy @thezone in Riyadh, easy to find, with lots of parking. The Receptionist is fluent in English and very friendly. My hairdresser was Jay. She is a color ‘guru’ and her true interest is to achieve healthy hair. I had the absolute best head massage and I’m very happy with the final outcome. I saved up for this visit, but it was absolutely worth while. I would rather go less often and be 150% happy with the end result. Thank you Jay for my lovely hair. The salon also stocked Kerastase, Oribe & Davines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see Jay for a color treatment and trim. The salon itself is amazing, truly unlike any other I’ve seen in Riyadh. The space is gorgeous and well decorated. The exposed brick and glass wall when you enter give a loft-like vibe. And the music was on point! I felt like I was back in the US.
Jay is a hair stylist goddess. She is super talented with coloring and got my hair back to the perfect creamy, golden blonde I was after. Jay also suggested an amazing toner treatment, so my hair was super soft and silky after the color. I was very impressed with the result and highly recommend booking with her! She finished off the look with a blow dry and curled my hair before I left. I felt like a princess.

I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment with her because she is in such high demand, but the experience and results were worth the wait. Thank you, Jay! Can’t wait to visit you again to do your magic on my hair.

I could truly recommend her with my whole heart! She also gave me an amazing haircut and treated my hair well. Overall the experience was beautiful and the staff were kind! Prices vary based on your hair length and other services❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a complete makeover and got a honey blonde air touché done. Excellent service by Jay and the rest of the staff there. My experience felt like I was well taken care of and trustworthy enough to leave it to them and relax, which is not always easy to find here in Riyadh. Prices are a bit high so be prepared.
