โ โ โ โ โ It's hard to find an indoor place suitable for young children under 5 but this place is actually awesome!! Although it's a bit pricey (100 Sar per child for 2 hours) specially if you have more than one child. It's located inside the zone complex so lots of variety to drink/eat while waiting. Also the mother can enter for free with her child.

After more than a month of frequent visits, I decided to change my review rating to 3 stars instead of 5 because the place need maintenance and many devices are not functional. We have informed the staff multiple times and they insisted that they are doing the maintenance weekly and there is nothing need a maintenance which is not true

โ โ โ โ โ Faqntastic indoor kids play area dedicated for juniors from 1-8 years old, located at the Zone at the first floor at gate 3, the ambulance is colorful, there are many options of physical game, they also offer party service, My son spent almost 2 hours for 100 SR it was mazing he was vey happy we couldnโt take him out even after duration end, I just donโt like their policy when it comes to accompanying or guardian as they charge 15 SR if the guardian house made but if its mam or sister its free of charge why they differentiate between them, its 15 SR only it will not make big different of my pocket but at least they must treat all equally

โ โ โ โ โ Its not my favourite place. The corners are interesting, diverse and they're all working. I found it expensive sar 100 for two hours and then the timer starts counting extra charge for extra time. There's a wrist band that allows kids to unlock some toys that stops after two uses of the same toy.
Fathers aren't allowed inside the play area. The janitors are all over the place, and their personal things as head scarves; sitting at the entrance of the maze, play areas, seating areas for mums. The cleaning brushes and material are inside the playing areas it was shocking that they were within the kids reach. There was a low cupboard as well that was open and in kids reach that had heavy tools and spare parts! The belts of some of the toys was broken as well and we had to hold the kids.
The choice of food in the cafeteria in the place is another shock, there were sweets, soft drinks, fried food... etc. with no healthy options. Finally they didn't allow water inside thy play area!! How can a kid play for two hours without a sip of water, or needs to go out of the play area to take a sip of water. On the other hand, it has a great location, secure space for the kids to play in and clean.
