★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to book an appointment, " Boulevard branch" the lady who answered the phone had such a bad attitude I told her I Want to book for today, she said OK I asked if she had an availability at 4 she said no we don't have any openings for today with such a bad attitude like seriously! Please be more careful who answers the phone cause I would never ever think about going there now with this attitude and trust me I will be telling all my friends about the experience I had

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite place for highlights/ hair color and haircuts. I've traveled near and far and nobody can match their expertise. My go to girl for hair color is Iman; she does a great ash brown that wont go brassy or orange. For haircuts I love Hassana, she's also great at highlights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salon is commonly known for its hair services: hair dye and extensions, I haven't tried either but I cut my hair there (nothing major just trimming) and I always end up liking the result. Manicure pedicure is below average and not recommended at all. Nail polish is just as bad, colour bleeding and it ended up looking like I painted them myself. The staff are generally all nice. The receptionists are nice, accommodating and apologetic when necessary. They welcome new salon guests just as they with their clients.
