★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - The interior of the place is lovely
- The food was good
- The service was fast, good attitude from the staff
- The prices were expensive especially for breakfast compared to the food taste and portion.
A point I didn't like: the bread portion is really little compared to the served food, for which we needed to ask the waiters like three times to refill the basket. Kindly consider the served bread portion.
We have ordered:

- Fried Halloumi - SAR 41: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn’t find the Riyadh front branch, so I’ll just complain here. We were told by the host that the restaurant is full, no waiting list and no reservations are available.
You can check the photos, these are empty tables and there are more on the other side.
Honestly, the host did not know how to handle the customer service!! she could’ve at least asked us to wait few minutes in case any table for 5 people became free, but instead she said the place is full and there is no waiting. We were 5 people including a child of 10 years old who was very hungry.
Nothing was considered at all, Madeleine is my best place to have the chicken lime-cilantro salad, I wanted my sister and her kid to try it, since she was visiting and not a resident of Riyadh city.
I am very very upset, It was such a shame, especially when I went to tell my sister that there were no tables available, she stood just by the door of the restaurant, while 6 guys headed to the table and got seated, is that fair? I was very embarrassed. By the way they were seated in the table opposite to the entrance which was a third empty table, not in the picture.

Chicken peanut - chicken vol au vent - salmon
Where excellent choices.
And pretty nice service, they changed my plate freely when i asked for warmer dish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They changed the menu for worse, It was good for breakfast and the worst for any other meal. Unfortunately, 11:30 the close breakfast manu no matter what do u come for. No flexibility. Beside the best orders were removed from menue.
Today I had very bad experience.. I called before I arrive I asked if I can get breakfast specific order afternoon as exception and the client service confirmed on phone .. but when I arrived a Supervisor named( Basil )prevent it and inform it is not available. P.S. At Lunch time place is empty usually.
I called the client service again and they didn’t help they just open a ticket that takes 24hr to respond back to a complain.
I ordered tea and Although it’s price is high , they made it with tap water.of course I can taste the water. So I asked to change it with battle water.
It was one of the best but it is going down.
