★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My appointment is 8 sharp and they keept asking for advance payment( not to be transferred - they asked to pay in the salon ??) and guess what ? I didn't start before 8:45 ?? awful first experience.
And no I didn't start 8:15 as they mentioned!! Work on ur customers satisfaction instead of lying and reply immediately here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve tried multiple places here in Riyadh and this is one of the best spa. I did quick fix gel french with LV, she’s amazing and very detailed.
Definitely will always be my place to pamper myself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried this place twice. The first experience was good. The second one was my last visit. I booked my appointment a week ahead. I received a message half an hour before my app saying the nail art technician is not available. I asked what alternatives do I have? They said they can offer me either a simple nail are or ombré. When I showed my disappointment they gave me the most annoying attitude “well what can we do? She sick and she didn’t inform us”. I end up doing a service with other technicians (she was polite and trying to do her best) but the moment I went home the gel nail polish started to peal off and 4 days later my nails looks like as if I done them in a cheap saloon.
They have to do a better job with their customer service skills. As we are the ones getting the service and paying for it.
