★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is really a very good option.. I am even hesitant about telling you that, as it ia already fully booked usually :) They keep it well maintained. It has great sea view and a good pool. In the last visit I didn't see enough control on who can access the facility (crowded)...I suggest they limit the number of visitors to one additional family per villa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i would rate the access to the beach and the green areas I would rate it 4, however a big deal breaker is the tidiness of the chalets.
Supposedly they cleaned it, yet coffee spots were on the floor, dirty handprints on the glass, wardrobes and TV.
I personally had to clean the whole chalet before i was able to sit. Couches are old and need to be changed or fixed. The chalet is full with ants, despite that we kept spraying to kills insects and ants.
Bedsheets and covers were dirty and had to cover them with towels to sleep. Used my own towels.
Staff are nice and helpful if you need anything.
The pool is small. Car parking is out of the facility.
There is good shop if you need to buy any necessities near the entrance gate directly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though it says sheraton the luxury level of sheraton is not visible. In fact there is even no name sign seen at the entrance of this place. However it is a quiet place and good for relaxing. The villas are a bit old and some toilets are clogged.

Bring your own food or you can cook by your own ( stove & fridge are available in all type of the villa ) , music from our own music player is allowed .
Their sea breeze is gorgeous, great for lung, heart & eyes therapy.
The rate between 1, 2 or 3 BR is very reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 star for the facility i love the beach but 1 star with the receptionist NADER...sorry if i have to drop name. he is a racist to expats. it is not a good way to treat a customer whatever race or nationality we are from. we rented 3 villas and on our last day early afternoon he called one villa and shouted "Go Out now" He could have approached us in a nice way
