★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place even it's very old more than 30 years but still has beautiful designs the biggest bridge on the sea and accepted accumidation units Above the sea clean and safe biach for kids and family but still need more refreshING works
And room needs more attention about clean and furniture

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the beach is really nice, the water they designated is clean and almost crystal clear.
The community is nice and friendly.
However, the facilities and some of the infrastructure needs a renovation as some are decaying with time and weather effects.
Other than that, the place is family friendly and is one of my go to beaches in jeddah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property has not been refurbished since the first time I stayed in it a decade ago. The entire villa is stuck in the early 2000's and it doesn't even compare to a nice hotel apartment that is available for half the price of a one night stay at murjan. The only perk is having a private swimming pool but the living quarters are no delight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place needs maintenance and some renovation, everything has become dated with paint, furniture etc. peeling/torn off. Amazing location and seems to be always full, hence probably the owners have no interest in fixing it.
