K	Kholoud Alyamani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not usually write a review if it’s not good but this, really needs to be mentioned, I truly regret reserving at this resort. It is just a beautiful image but really you can not enjoy the basic facilities. The ladies pool is cold with no option to warm it. The “hot” jakkuzi is cold as well and they can not manage to make it work. The private jakkuzi in my villa will provide a limited amount of warm water that only fill quarter of it and which to mention is not a big one. In regards of the food, it is not bad but we experienced one kind of desert that smelled and tasted like expired! I wish we've could save our money for something really worth it. I will never recommend this place nor returning to it
R	Reem Alsanea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know how this can be allowed to be called a 5 star hotel, it should be 4 at best. Seem no one that works there has any experience in hospitality. It felt like I was speaking with university students and not professionals. They made me wait an hour to check in to my room even though I arrived after my check in time. They gave me such a hard time for even a driver to drop me home to my villa. It feels like they tried to make my life difficult at every turn for no reason. You pay to go on vacation to feel relaxed not more stressed. I’ve been to multiple 5 star hotels all over the world and NEVER did I experience service this horrible. It’s a shame because the villas are beautiful.
s	senchi kudu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly ,,, i didn't have a choice but to put a star so i can review this place although it doesn't even deserve half a star !!! everything is overpriced for a very bad experience ,,, OK where do i start ?? from the hour waiting at the reception for a simple check-in procedure ?? or from the dirty bed sheets which we were supposed to sleep on ??? or the tasteless food and beverages we had there ??? ladies and gentlemen boys and girls... DO NOT GO THERE ... DON'T LET THE ROOMS PICTURES DECEIVE YOU ... save your money to go to somewhere better .. i wouldn't say cheaper cause there are some places worthy spending money on ... but not this !!!! ... AM NEVER RETURNING BACK THERE ... it's called NONSENSE RESORT AND SPA not narcissus.
R	Rawan Albutairi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stars on this hotel should be stripped out completely. Not even 1 star hotel have had a similar treatment. Aside from the immature staff at the reception, and the fact that no one responds on the line (house keeping or reception).. below are just of the few incidents that I remember: 1- Restaurant staff were plenty, none of them know what to do or how to attend guests 2- shower did not have a conditioner 3- some of the bathroom facilities were broken 4- one bathroom smelled like they had sprayed it with fleet and the smell wont go away 5- house keeping never came to clean the room, although I have called twice for someone to come clean.. and the reception confirmed as well 6- You agree with the reception on a time for checkout (2pm), but then the golf cars comes at 12pm exactly to kick you out.. when you tell them you agreed with the reception, another immature receptionist calls to tell you its not 2pm but actually 1pm Good luck to whoever plans to stay there.. if you can run away, I highly recommend you do so.
a	abdullah shafi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionists were friendly, the stay was nice, they ignore the calls if you need something and it takes them around an hour peak times to get you towels or anything of sort but they were pretty quick late night. However, there are very disrespectful and unpleasant two guests. People had many complaints about them and unfortunately the management didn’t do anything.

All we got was full parking view in the first floor and it looks terrible. Receptions greetings was very very bad they were rude and very very unprofessional. I am honestly telling you DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. You will not get what you are paying for which quit honestly is a fortune.
R	Rana Binsaeed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property is nice but as all resorts in Jeddah it doesn’t have direct access to the sea. You will need to walk across all the villas to a public beach area. This area is also not wheelchair accessible at all. Rooms in villas are on first floor. Service is good but cleaning is at designated times and takes ages to get a turn.
M	M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place looks nice and the breakfast is ok, this place is not foreigner friendly at all.. i was on the beach wearing an appropriate length dress on the beach and this man literally started shouting and taking videos of us. I did not feel safe or comfortable the hotel should be more on it in regards of having employees around because there was no one there to stop the harassment.
