تواصلت مع المالك واتفقت على استئجارها لمدة 3 ايام بعد ما أكد لي انها متاحه واتفقنا على السعر وشفتها واتفقت مع الحارس ، عند الظهر تواصلت مع الحارس لاستلامها يقول كلم المالك اول ، تواصلت معاه وتجاهل اتصالي ورجعت اتواصل مع الحارس وتجاهل اتصالاتي
قبل المغرب رد علي الحارس يقول انا رايح اخذ عمره ، والمالك لازال يتجاهل اتصالتي !!!
اذا المالك حصل له ظرف او مشكله مع ادارة العمال ينبه المستأجر لاجل يرتب ويشوف بديل ، مو يتجاهل الاتصالات ولايعبر المستاجر
استأجرت عنده سابقاً وكان تعامله كويس لكن هالمره خاب ظني وخربت المناسبه العائليه والتخطيط كله .
اللي حاب يستأجرها لمناسبه مهمه نصيحه يحط بديل ولا يتورط بالوقت مثل ما حصل معاي .

I contacted the owner and agreed to rent it for 3 days after he assured me that it was available and we agreed on the price and I saw it and agreed with the guard, at noon I contacted the guard to receive it and he says call the owner first.
Before sunset, the guard answered me saying I am going to take his age, and the owner is still ignoring my calls!!!
If the landlord has a situation or a problem with the workers management, he alerts the tenant to arrange and find an alternative, not ignoring calls and not crossing the tenant
I rented with him previously and he dealt well, but this time he disappointed me and ruined the family event and the whole planning.
Whoever wants to rent it for an important occasion, advice to find an alternative and not get involved in time, like what happened to me.
