there is a lot of parking spots in different locations, there are cafe shops drive through orders and there is a fish restaurant.

The whole city is small.
As mainly inside the city, there's another restricted access city (KAUST).
But nice and quite.
Bathrooms available.
4 big fish restaurants clean and neat.
One pharmacy.
No junk food restaurants even albaik.
Near to jeddah, less than one hour driving in a nice road.
