★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus station has stores inside which offers food, cellphone accessories, pillows, clothings, watches etc. Female bathrooms are rarely used so toilets are not that improved also for bus stops. There are few female travelers via bus. Driver's were kind enough to remind female expats to take care in going anywhere during bus stops. My whole ride with the bus company was safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luggage tags are been charged by the labours by force working in green clothes at the luggage area 5. Boarding Tags are free of cost at all SAPTCO stations in the kingdom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well managed place. However you have to pay extra money for luggage tags and to porters. Taxis here are twice as expensive. If you can manage, walk out and catch a taxi on the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i lost my wallet in a Qassim - Riyadh route today. went straight to the superior supervisor, unfortunately didn't ask him for his name, but he was very very responsive, quickly contacted the driver and instructed him to look for it on board, and followed up until confirmed it was found, and personally escorted me to receive it.. real hero.. i forever hold his debt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs can perform good behaviours to the passengers as it is the Capital city bus station and hence more tourist also can be invited to use the bus services as a part of vision 2030. Bus charges are comparatively more and expensive .
