Well if i talk about my own experience, then i must say that its world class quality transportation service which is quick and safe. Its always clean and safe to travel at Saptco as its run by ministry of transportation. The prices are very economic comparing to other travel/transport services.

Since the bus stand is busy it would be good if you have resturants inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 times I experience no waiting area if the girls travel at night and all the store closed I will walk in the gasoline station in the middle of the night maybe put the waiting area or guard for the safety of all the ladys when waiting the company car to pick up

almost 2 hours late from departure terminal from actual time. Waited to fill all the passengers and got 2 hours late in reaching the destination
