โ โ โ โ โ Noone speaks English, the room is so unpractical, you cannot pack anything in the bathroom. The room is stinking of cigarette smoke. The place is full of cockroaches. The aircon is very noisy.

โ โ โ โ โ The hotel is at a good location. Unfortunately, there are issues which the receptionist (Ahmed) is least bothered about attending to. Neither will he share the management's contact details. He says that he is the final authority and doesn't have to share any details of management.
1. If you can get through to the management, which is not the receptionist (Ahmed), risk coming here, otherwise you will be hostage to this unresponsive person.
2. The beds are old with broken springs.
3. The toilet exhausts are all interconnected and if someone in your adjoining room uses the toilet, the smell is transmitted right back to you.
4. The cigarette smoke from the adjoining rooms will also come directly to you.
5. The internet is low speed and lot of outages. The longest it took to fix was 20 hours. Definitely, can't depend on it
6. If you want to check out, the rates per day change so that your entire advance is gobbled up, so you are a prisoner here.

โ โ โ โ โ It cost me about ยฃ40 a night to stay and I got an upgrade for free to an apartment style room.
They were friendly but there was a ant infestation which got dealt with quickly by mopping up the floor.
Reception spoke no english which was difficult but the bengali staff knew some which saved me!

โ โ โ โ โ Hotel is good. But food given during quarantine is below average. You can stay happily in that hotel if you don't worry about food.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the worst hotel I have seen in my life,no room service,cleaning never happened, no hygeine environment,as per my itenary it's mentioned..
One person one room but they have given stay with 2 person one room for quarantine,staffs r rude,calling for covid test at mid of night in a rude manner,I felt like I am at hotel or being at jail.
A hotel should have a good customer service because a customer should say to other people that this hotel treats customer well,
each and every customer is a valuable because we pay and stay not for free..NO network or wifi inside the room if we come outside and speak they restrict for that,how do I speak to my family when an unknown person is there staying along with me in a room??how do I video call to my mom,sister when an unknown person is there with me,is this a privacy which you give to me??
Please follow the regulations which is mentioned as per the ticket and then treat us in your way..very bad experience and fed-up to be here..
Same food no changes,Tea,coffee charges applicable..
