★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طلبت كيكة لحفلة ملكة، للاسف لم تكن نفس الصور المعروضة ولا نفس الطلب، قام الموظف بتغير المادة المستخدمة من ويڤر الى عجينه سكر بدون الرجوع لي او الاستئذان مما سبب لي احراج امام الضيوف، لا يوجد اي اعتذار فقط عرض علي ارجاع كامل المبلغ!! وارجاع الكيكه بدون اي حل. لا انصح بهم ابداً، اخر مره اتعامل معهم.
I asked for a cake for a queen's party, unfortunately it was not the same as the pictures shown or the same request, the employee changed the material used from wafer to sugar paste without consulting me or asking permission, which caused me embarrassment in front of the guests, there is no apology, only offered to return the full amount!! And return the cake without any solution. I would never recommend them, the last time I deal with them.
