I heard that this company is owned by al walid bin talal hey dude u earned billions from usa ?? at least change ur company policy and learn America business. We s as allowed u to invest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rotana car rental services in madina Airport is a fraud company. The receivers of car while beimg returned by customers pre plan a strategy to charge false claims.
They appear in a group of 2 to 3 men voicing with same tone to make the customer feel that he has made a crime by using thier car.
They show old marks and scratches and claim to be new.its a simple strategy to make more money than agreed.
It's a humble request not to take any car from them as the staff is filled with burglers who man handle the car while returning. Not to mention any specific nationality but Bangladeshis are politically oriented to make false claims.

DONT TAKE CAR FROM ROTAANA??
They are the scammers , fraud Bangali’s in yard and Egyptian in counter.. I was taken car rental rotaana from madeena airport .after receiving the car at yard when you come to airport rotana rent a car counter they showing some black mark photos and tells that scratched in some points .. they charges 400 riyal extra for making repairs and also committing that if u pay now 400 or u should repair in showroom with 1800 riyal .FRAUD❌❌.. don’t take car from ROTAANA❌❌❌❌
