My experience was through the Walaa Plus app for 57 riyals inclusive of tax in a 2016 Sunny car per day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أتيت للمكتب لاستئجار سيارة شهري انتظرت ما يقارب ساعة ونصف ولم يأجرها لي أحد وتم خدمة عميل أتى بعدي ولم يتم خدمتي وبعد ما فكر يشوف طلبي الموظف يقول النظام معلق ما يقبل تعال بعد الصلاة !!!؟؟؟
خرجت ولم أعد والحمد لله على كل حال
أنصحهم بزيادة موظفين وتوسيع المكتب وأن يكون النظام الإلكتروني سريع وليس الحالي ضعيف جدًا
I came to the office to rent a car for a month. I waited for about an hour and a half and no one rented it to me. A customer who came after me was served, and I was not served. After he thought, he saw my request. The employee says the system is suspended. He does not accept come after prayer!!!???
I left and didn't come back, thank God anyway
I advise them to increase staff and expand the office and that the electronic system is fast and the current one is not too weak

ولا انصح بالتاجير من عندهم
ساعه تسليم السياره يدور اي شئ يدفعك به
اجرت منهم وساعه التسليم قالي السياره عاوزه غسيل داخلي وحسب عليا ١٥٠ ريال غسيل
رغم اني واخدها بنفس الحاله

I rented from them and the time of delivery said the car needs an internal wash and only 150 riyals for a wash
