I had the most horrible experience. Waited for 1 full hour today at this branch standing. My legs got cramped and wasted 5 SAR calling their customer care for the issue in their own system. Al wefaq was good before now it has deteriorated with Yelo. Horrible service. I recommend readers to go for another rent a car instead of coming here and wasting time for few bucks.

Not Honest.
Rented a car, the process went smooth but at the time of handling back the car, they discovered an old stain on the back seat which i don't know anything about it and insisted that I pay fin for car cleaning. I explained that it wasnt me and I didnt check the back seat at the time I got the car but in vain the i paid the price for someone else who did that and also someone else irresponsible who recieved the car from the previous owner in that condition and didnt do his job properly.
Don't recommend that company and will not use their service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a near death harrowing experience, due to a faulty tyre, all the person, Raaid at Madinah branch, was concerened about for me to pay for a new tyre.
He didnt even show any concern if we all were OK.
If you ever rent a car from Yelo, please check the inside of the tyres.
After been forced to pay for a new tyre I then only noticed that the front tyre of the same vehicle has minimal thread left.
Just pray for next customer to check it else it may have disastrous consequences .
It future, I know to look for a company who puts safety first.
