★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service, I don’t have a car so when I use Marsool or someone to pick up the package for me they say I have to physically be there to show my id and pick it up. The most ridiculous thing I’ve heard and seen. The 3rd party has my phone number ID number and shipment number so how is it a security issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!
