★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is relatively new and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and try to be accommodating. The hotel comes up short on a number of areas that need to be worked on. First of all the rooms have issues with flooding from shower to bathrooms, heat not available into rooms when it is cold in the winter, especially at night. Internet to TV not working even though all of the instructions are followed. No HDMI cables or at least none delivered when asked for.
The restaurant food is average at best, with a few selections but nothing that stands out, food is bland and with little taste. Again, the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Nice spa and gym. Arniel provides a great and professional massage. Mr. Faisal, front office Manager is a very nice person, works hard to accommodate guests and deal with the shortcomings of the hotel. I think if they put a quality control program in place and maintain it consistently these issues will get resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Experience I have ever had. I wonder how they still have marriot name on the hotel. The staff are nice, and the hotel knows all the flaws, they simply dont care. You will not even find sanitizers they are all empty all around the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to celebrate our anniversary. We informed them only an hour before checkin time. They were very cooperative especially Abdullah from the reception. He called us and told us that he will try his best to get everything ready before our arrival.
We spent a great time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely hotel in perhaps the nicest part of Riyadh, with a cheerful and professional staff. The gym is well designed and well kept, and the staff treats guests like family. Breakfast was excellent. Management here is definitely on it's game.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great time, liked the room with the terrace, very tidy room and air conditioning was perfect. We celebrated a birthday and it was amazing experience, Mr. Nasser was such a good host and assisted us in our preparation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite hotel in Riyadh! Been here couple of times and i can say only good things about the place. Clean, quiet, safe, and relaxing. I liked their newly set up outdoor pool. The place is open and this is really my go to hotel whenever i feel like relaxing and having great time with friends! I usually stay at the apartment coz it has more space and we liked the set up. Will definitely come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My four month stay at the Marriott DQ Apartments in Riyadh was outstanding from check-in to check-out. My Marriott room (apt) was well furnished, and I have everything needed provided by staff and the hotel during my stay. My morning breakfast meal greeting by Sara was always nice and warm, a good Marriott Ambassador. Adam, who took my breakfast order went above and beyond in professionalism and he made sure my order was always right. Nadia repeatedly checked on my stay to make sure all was good and that the hotel met my needs, which it did. I had a great stay, thank you Marriott!
