★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان شبه نظيف ولكن بحكم انه قريب من مستشفى الملك خالد السعر مبالغ فيه جداً ، اضافه ع ان الاستقبال والعمال ماحولك احد ولاتساعد والاخلاق تجارية ، ولايوجد مواقف تلف كم لفه عشان موقف . سعر غرفة وصالة 270 ريال ؟ غير منطقي اضافة ع وجود حشرات ( نمل اسود ) داخل الغرفة وهذا يدل على سوء النظافة
موقع الخدمات حوله جيده من بقاله ومغسله ومطعم وبوفيه

سيئ جدًّا سواء من نظافة أو أثاث مكسر، والسعر مرتفع على غير سنع
ودورة المياه نفس ريحة حمامات خطوط السفر
من أسوأ تجارب حياتي

واثاث متهالك .
ورائحة الدخان في الغرفة لاتطاق. رغم اننا عطرناها ولكن لافائدة اخذناها يوم وخليناها لهم .
الحمام العلوي يهرب ماء على السفلي.
الغرفة المطلة على الطريق العام ازعاااج جدا.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من أسوأ التجارب. تدفع عشان ترتاح وفجأه تصحى كأن السقف حيطيح عليك.. ازعاج وعدم احترام للسكناء. المكان فيه اصلاحات والعمال يهدمو ويكسرو بوجود المستأجرين. اذا بتكسرو وتصلحو خلو فيه ذمه وضمير وقفلو مؤقت الين تخلص الحرب هذي! او على الأقل عطو المستأجرين خبر بكمية الإزعاج المهووله. بس الذمه والضمير مهي موجوده مع الأسف الواحد يفكر كيف ياخذ فلوس وبس. الازعاج من جهه والنظافه من جهه ثانيه. تدخل دورة المياه وانتا بكرامه تلقى شعر ف كل مكان + لا مناشف ولا مناديل متوفره. سيئ جدا وان شاءالله البلاغ حيوصل ل وزارة التجاره والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته.
One of the worst experiences. You pay to rest and suddenly you wake up as if the ceiling is falling on you..discomfort and disrespect for the residents. The place has repairs and workers are demolished and broken by the presence of tenants. If you break it and fix it free of slander and conscience and a temporary lock, you will end this war! Or at least give the tenants news of the huge amount of inconvenience. But dhimma and conscience do not exist, unfortunately, one thinks how to take money only. Inconvenience on the one hand and hygiene on the other. You enter the bathroom and you are dignified, you get hair everywhere + no towels or tissues available. Very bad, and hopefully, the report will reach the Ministry of Commerce. May the peace, mercy and blessings of God be upon you.
