★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capital O 162 Brzeen Hotel for me was very great. The room I stayed in was very comfy and spacious. However, there was some problem I've encountered. First, I've booked my reservation ahead of time, but why is it that there is no available room when I got there??? So what's the use of having an early reservation??? Second, NO available kettle in the room and the receptionist is not very accomodating. Maybe next time, if someone booked for a reservation, you should reserve the room for him/her, so that the client will not wait for a long time. So far, I've had a great time staying in this hotel ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. No towels. No internet in the room. Dirty rooms. It’s fake , not 4 stars. Very poor facility and walk in room price is half what they offer on booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor, no one is cleaning, batroom are having molds, obviously bed sheet is not send to laundry, only reverse side as there are many garbage under the bed, no new towel, door card diactivates daily you need to go to reception to activate, in online booking shows that there are kitchen apliances sych as oven etc. But in actual only fridge is there, everytime we sit in sofa's and sleep in beds everone of us experience itchyness as there are bed bugs all around it. Sorry, but i will not recommend, need total make over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed only few hours in 12 March , room was in very bad condition , very old dirty furnature , no light in bathroom , we cancelled our reservation after few hours from our arrival 1st day 12 March , till 18 March we did not receive our money back for days 13 & 14 March . We send many msgs , but no one reply .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WiFi worked for 1 hour when I got to the hotel. The following 3 days, it didn't even pick up any WiFi. Overall the room is big and clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. the room was not clean, i'm allergic to dust so if the place is not clean i start sneezing. No towels (seriously???) not even to dry your hands. A double bed made with single bed sheets… the room was large, but everything was falling apart. the staff guys in room near the lift was very rude when I’ve asked him if the lift was broken or not… what to say.. find something else ;)
