Ahmad and Meshari at the front desk are very professional and polite.
The room was super elegant with antique touches.
SPA staff were cool. SPA was clean and the pools were nice for me and the kids.
Will come back here whenever I come to Riyadh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this hotel and I am regular customer of it; however; my last visit 11 September I booked through booking.com and I pay at hotel via my credit card and I was wondering why they took deposit of 200 SAR!!!
THIS CAUSE ME TO STOP AT THE CHECKING DISK IN MY CHECKOUT TO GET BACK.
it my first time to experience this in all the world.
I appreciate if you look for that and fix it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely one of the worst experiences I've been through in my life. This isn't the first time I stay in a five stars hotel. However, this has been the worst by far. Starting from the luggage service. They just left them in the hall without notice. I had to go looking around for them. The reception is only capable of reciting "company policy" without explanation, assistance or in the least, escalation. They charge guests 200 Riyals just in case they order something from room service. This is not the usual practice in well respected hotels. They even can't reverse the transaction and require you to collect it in cash. The pool is closed and can't be used. The room is so little it's smothering. You can't even stretch your arms in the bathroom. That's how small it is. The room is depressing. I'm looking for any excuse just to spend time outside the hotel and only head back to sleep. I'm honestly not sure how this hotel acquired 5 stars. Will not book here ever nor recommend to anyone.
