I entered there and asked for a specific service balayage, even showed the picture to the lady who does the hair dye, she said she could do it and even showed me that she knew the difference between this procedure and highlights, even though she told me that she might not be able to get to that tone of blond I was looking for , for which I told her there is no problem let’s do it darker then, and I showed her another picture to what she said she could execute. After 8 hours inside the salon, I ended up with a mix of yellow , orange and white striped highlights on my dark brown hair. I told her I didn’t like and that was not the service I paid for and showed her the picture I had and she was saying “ it’s exactly the same” or “ I did my best”, let’s see I ask for a balayage and I leave with striped highlights hair and she thinkings it’s normal? I asked her multiple times before starting the work if she could do it just like I wanted and she said yes, confronted her with this fact and she says “I did my best, it’s the same can’t you see” and added “my costumer leave happy with what I just have done to your hair”. First not everyone is the same , second some people actually like AND ASK FOR striped highlights, not me I didn’t ask for none of it. So next day I came back and told her to just make me go full blonde, but she couldn’t cause well a lot of reasons, and I went back to my natural hair color almost with the exception that my roots are yellow under the sun and any yellow light. So am I happy? No, I think they should’ve refunded part of the money even. It’s a shame that they were not humble enough to admit they couldn’t do what I asked for , and even in the end they kept saying that she was cable of doing so. So why didn’t you do it to my hair? Cause you didn’t like me? Come on... lack of humbleness, lack of professionalism, even tho the service me and my friend paid for was the most expensive that afternoon, they kept leaving us and going to do other services to other costumers in the middle of ours. Paid 700 SAR for terrible hair coloring. And the awkward thing is they make you pay upfront. P.S.: prior to my visit to the salon I got a bunch of promotion on Instagram. One of them saying that the hair dye for medium to short hair was only 499SAR , with cut and blowdrying , including balayage, but when I got there they said would have to be 700SAR because they needed to use a product to protect, I didn’t think it through at the movement, but in balayage they always have to use it, so I’m the end I asked them why I paid 700SAR instead of 499SAR, and now the reason had changed “because your hair wasn’t medium or short when you got here” , my hair was already medium when I got there and now it’s almost short in he front even, but well they are not fair neither are they honest. Never coming back, unfortunately.

I spent almost 10 hours inside this salon for them to finish hair color only. They were doing my hair and then all the time stopping and coming back, stopping and coming back.( leaving me to attend other costumers , imagine this!!) I was the 1 costumer entering at the time they opened and last one to leave even after the time they supposed to close. In the end the color wasn’t the one I asked for. I didn’t like it and the hairdresser said it was very nice and that it was the same color I asked for, while the other girls who worked in the saloon were saying the color wasn’t the same. The hairdresser was insisting it was the same color.... can you imagine this?! ? I payed in advance 700 sar. I didn’t understood how she charge 700 sar. I asked how much was the hair color and she was talking about a product she had to apply, I didn’t understood. I told her that I didn’t understand how she is charging 700 riyals to do this. She kept inventing things and saying , your hair is very long it’s more expensive... ( and my friend who has short hair payed exactly the same amount as me 700 sar.) Her speech was very confuse. I don’t trust this saloon. They are not organized. It’s really bad. I cannot say a positive thing even. The atmosphere is bad( place has bakhor smell , smells like burn and they put the ac in high level and you are FREEZING inside the saloon !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) The water they wash my hair to take the hair color out was cold. I could have catch a flu! ) The costumer service is HORRIBLE. They say yes to something I asked when they cannot do it. I’m really disappointed ? now my hair is damage . With all the hair color it suffered still I didn’t get the color I wanted, I hate it so much. The tools they use are strange. I don’t see any products for hair: sprays, creams, oils. I don’t see anything... it’s like they are doing stuff on your hair but not protecting it!!!!!! Please girls never go to this saloon. Is this a saloon even?! I don’t think they are even certified to be a saloon. Be careful This is really upsetting me. I hate my hair because of their work!!!!!

The place looks neat and tidy. However not enough adherence to health precautions. Tools used are sprayed with a sanitizer only and reused on next customer. Though they take appointments, waiting time is very long. I paid a fair price for a package that included a pedicure, foot scrub and face wax. I also paid additional for a pixie haircut. My hair was already short, so this was more for reshaping. But after the lady finished cutting my hair, she demanded that I pay more as she thought “she was only going to trim my hair a little”. She made a big fuss in front of other customers which really embarrassed me.

I had facial, eyebrows threading and a hair cut. Facial was good. But she did the haircut in such a rush. Didn't even gave me much of chances to explain how I want the hair cut to be done. I am very disappointed with my haircut. Services are not worthy for the price. Don't care about customer. Prices are too high.

The staff is sweet and the one who answers the phone is kind and patient. Recommended facial and waxing. Pedicures are relaxing! Still unsure about haircut+hygiene :)

Good service and looking at the amount of people coming in I can tell it’s a popular place with reasonable prices

This salon is a vibe, ppl actually speak English.. The staff is so amazing n very welcoming. They treat u so well without being biased over nationality/color/lang/religion. Haleema n mehek were excellent at wat dey did. Do urself a favor n visit this salon. Ul b amazed n thank me later. Kudos to the manager for such amazing management.

Just did a eyebrow threading and eyebrow color for first time and it's worth it.. I love it.. thank you for your patience beautiful ladies.. ??
