★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Service. However, one bad experience today, from Captain Ahmed Abdeen, vehicle 3642KLJ. He did not turn up and closed the trip, causing SAR 15 deduction from my credit. Reported the matter to Careem. Received email from careem "we have waived all cheges for your recent trip". Still SAR 15 is not credited back to my account. Calling careem caused another SAR 5 mobile bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hours are not specified exactly but easy to reach. Park outside and enter from the main gate and head Northwest of the compound to reach. You can see the entrance from the north gate but it is closed you'll have to get in from the main entrance. They work 5 days a week and half a day on the weekend and a day off with respect to Ramadan it is the same but they open late night to serve more Captins.
